In the decoration process, we need to understand the installation process and methods of some wood veneers . How is the wood veneer installed?

There are three main methods:

1. Install with gas nails.

One of the disadvantages of installing air nails is that nail holes are needed, which cannot be installed in a standardized way. The installation quality of the veneer depends on the quality and working attitude of the workers and painters. In addition, an air compressor and power source are required at the work site. Otherwise, it cannot be constructed. Several years after the veneer is installed, the nail hole repair layer is easy to fall off, the nails are loose, and the veneer is warped.

2. Dry hanging method.

Also known as the empty hanging method. In this method, the decorative panel is directly hung on the wall or on a steel frame with a metal sling, without sticking. The principle is to set the main stress point on the main structure, and fix the board on the building with a metal sling to form a wooden decorative wall. At present, there are two main methods for fixing the sling and the main structure.

1. Shear wall structure: The sling can be directly fixed by expansion bolts or embedded iron.

2. Frame light-wall structure: The wall cannot directly fix the sling, so the metal frame material that needs to be installed with the metal frame fixing sling is mainly divided into steel frame and aluminum frame. The former has low cost, but it needs galvanizing and anti-corrosion treatment. Need thickening or aircraft material

3. Bonding method.

The commonly used method is that the bonding method is in the later stage of the decoration, after the ground is completed, the decorative panel is set on the base layer with adhesive and suspenders (the base panel for the vertical surface and other processes completed by the on-site decorator in the early stage of the decoration). The dry hanging law requires adjusting the corresponding vertical surface when decorating the panel to reduce the working speed.
